Ryan is the managing partner for Peterson Consulting Group of Utah and has been a registered lobbyist in the state of Utah since 2006. He has worked on many important issues ranging from transportation/infrastructure funding, tort reform, education technology funding, procurement procedures, engineering and STEM initiatives, and others. Ryan has developed strong relationships with key legislative leaders and has become a trusted resource on the Hill. Ryan has filled key roles in campaigns for several sitting legislators. Ryan holds a B.S. degree in economics from the University of Utah and makes his home in downtown Salt Lake City.
Craig received a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Weber State University and conducted MBA graduate studies at Texas A&M. Craig is the senior partner of Peterson Consulting Group of Utah and has been involved in Utah politics since 1984. Craig served in the Utah State House of Representatives from 1986 to 1988 and then 10 years in the Utah State Senate. When Craig retired from public service in 1998, he was serving as the State Senate Majority Leader. Craig has served as a full-time lobbyist since 1999 and has represented a range of private and governmental client interests requiring State executive branch, legislative branch, and/or local governmental action. Although the firm has provided many areas of representation for its clients on Utah’s Capitol Hill and many local government entities the principle focus of Craig’s practice has been water issues and infrastructure development and funding.
